VEYNUR – Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Certain products or promotional offers may have different return rules.
2. For prepaid orders, refunds will be sent to the original payment source. For COD purchases, the refund will be credited to your VEYNUR wallet.
3. Any product received damaged, incorrect, or defective must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
4. Items bought during discount events or with free product deals (e.g., Buy One Get One) are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. A reverse pickup fee of up to ₹100 may be charged for repeated returns and will be adjusted from the refund amount.
6. For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
